Marketing claims are cheap. Public proof isn’t. Before you book a barber anywhere, run through what you can independently verify.

The checklist

  • Read recent Google reviews — not just the star average, the actual recent comments.
  • Look at real, current photos of their work (not stock images).
  • Check the services you want are clearly listed.
  • Confirm there’s a simple way to book.
  • Look for consistent name, address and phone across Google and their site.
  • See if real, named barbers are listed — not a faceless brand.

We built our own online footprint page to make all of this easy to check for The Barber & Co. — that’s the standard you should hold any barber to.
