01 How do I book an appointment? +
Book online through the booking link on this site, or call the shop on (02) 6601 8152 if you'd rather sort it that way.
02 Which barber should I book with? +
Any of them. Dan, Luce and Yung Willy are all solid. If you have a preference or want to stick with someone you've had before, just pick them in the booking flow.
03 Can I book with a specific barber? +
Yes — the booking system lets you choose Dan, Luce or Yung Willy directly.
04 Do you cut kids' hair? +
Yes. The kids cut is for ages 0 to 10 and runs for 30 minutes.
05 Do you work with long hair? +
Yes. There's a specific long hair service for clients with hair past the shoulders who want a restyle.
06 Where are you located? +
33 Harbour Drive, Jack Simmons Arcade, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450. Park down on the harbour side and you'll find us.
07 What are your hours? +
Tuesday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.
08 What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +
Give us a call on (02) 6601 8152 or manage your booking through the online system. The sooner you let us know the easier it is to fill the spot.
09 Do you do event or group grooming? +
Yes — wedding mornings, formals and group bookings are all something we can work with. Hit the contact page or call the shop and we'll sort out the details.
