A plain-language overview of the information this website may collect and how it is used.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, customer portal, or feedback tools on this site, we may collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, message content, and any information you choose to share with us.
If you create or sign in to a client profile through the portal, we may also store the following:
Your name and email address
Phone number, if you provide it
Preferred barber and preferred service, if you set them
Personal notes or appointment preferences you choose to record
Your marketing communication preference
Whether your TB&Co profile has been linked to your Timely booking record
A cached summary of upcoming and recent appointments, if booking sync is enabled
We do not store payment card details through this site. Card capture, deposits, and payments are handled by Timely or its payment providers.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to reply to enquiries, help with bookings, maintain your client profile, and improve the site experience. We do not sell your information.
Specifically for client profiles, we use your information to:
Let you view and update your preferences in one place
Show you quick links to your bookings and account in Timely
Help the team recognise your preferences when you visit
Support booking follow-up and customer service where you have consented
If you have opted in to marketing communications, we may use your contact details to send booking reminders, offers, or updates from The Barber & Co. You can update this preference in your profile at any time.
Analytics and browser storage
This site may load Google Analytics to help us understand overall traffic, popular pages, rough device patterns, and which pages lead to actions like booking clicks, contact enquiries, or feedback submissions.
This analytics setup is intended to stay anonymous. We do not use it to join browsing activity to your customer portal identity, payment details, or booking records.
Your browser may store a local analytics preference for this site. Analytics is enabled by default, but you can turn it off from this page at any time for this browser.
Use this setting if you want to keep the site analytics off without relying on a popup. It only affects this browser on this device.

Booking and third-party services
Online bookings, appointment management, and some client account actions are handled through Timely — the booking platform used by The Barber & Co. When you click a booking or appointment link from this site, you may be taken to Timely's own screens, which operate under Timely's Privacy Policy.
The Barber & Co. does not store your Timely password. Payment cards, deposits, and card-on-file details are held by Timely or its payment partners, not by this site.
Where booking sync is enabled, TB&Co may store a limited cached summary of your appointment history using information made available through a supported Timely integration method. This cache may not always reflect real-time booking status — use your Timely account for live booking details.
This site may also link to Google, Instagram, or Facebook. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.
Storage, retention, and access
Information submitted through this site is stored only for business operations, customer support, or service follow-up. Access is limited to the people managing The Barber & Co. and the trusted service providers who help operate the site.
Client profile data is kept while your profile is active or as needed for business, support, legal, or recordkeeping purposes. If you would like to request deletion or correction of your profile information, contact us using the details below and we will take care of it.
Your rights and contact
You can ask us to update, correct, or remove information you have shared through this site at any time. You can also request a copy of the profile information we hold for you.
